            Trail Riding

Bottom portion of the side image showing a smileing rider on Petey, a black and white Paint horse.

If you have a horse that is ring sour or unhappy working at home, I have a solution for you:  miles of ride out from my farm with all kinds of fun and interesting training opportunities. I use the trails to get a horse going forward without aggravation and have found that a day on trail can be a wonderful attitude-adjuster.

Trail work is a great way to get a horse thinking again, to be aware of the surroundings in order to safely navigate obstacles along the way - hills, creeks, logs, wildlife...you name it, I've got it!

If your horse needs a therapy session, come out and join me for a ride in the woods.  You'll both be happier for the experience!
